B2C service – delivery of parcel up to 31.5 kg to a private consumer.
Saturday delivery – parcel delivery on Saturday inside the country of Sender and between the Baltic countries to the defined addresses of delivery. Cities: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Utena, Tauragė, Marijampolė, Telšiai, Riga, Tallinn (from Vilniaus and Kaunas).
Collection request – pick up from indicated country address and delivery of parcel to the Receiver on it‘s request and payment for the rendered service.
DOC Return – return of agreed and attached document to a parcel with a receiver signature back to the Sender.
Loading/unloading – loading and/or bringing of shipment over 31.5 kg to transport mean from indicated place at sending address or unloading and/or bringing shipment from transport mean to indicated placeat delivery address with clear restriction of one parcel weight up to 31.5 kg.
P.O.D. (proof of delivery) - paper or electronic document proving the executed service to the named address of delivery.
