Christmas is the most beautiful festival of the year when every company seeks to greet it‘s business clients, colleagues and partners with upcoming holidays. Hundreds of post cards are delivered to offices with nice and warm wishes. However, it happens that majority of those cards are very standard.
This year Baltic Logistic System Group came to an idea to surprise clients by an original Christmas card, i.e. greet them with Christmas card drawn by children. For this purpose Christmas card drawing project was organized in three Baltic countries. 91 children, age from 6 to 15, participated at the drawing project where they had to express in paintings their perception of Christmas gift delivery process. The project was organized in the smaller towns where communities of big families and orphan houses get less attention from business companies rather than those of the bigger cities.
The project was welcomed very actively in all three countries. Project participants‘ imagination showed no limits: drawings were featuring couriers-elfs, vehicles full of gifts and even the whole trolls depot with Christmas presents distribution. It was a really tough task and great responsibility for the evaluation committees to select the winner. Nevertheless, winners of three countries were greeted with candies and table games.
Out of ten best drawings representing all three Baltic States only one had to be chosen as the best. At the beginning of November the best drawing was selected by secret voting. The winner was Toms Eglitis, 12 year old boy from Latvia. Every country will prepare a special present for the boy to thank for his efforts and ideas.
